Sales Knowledge Management: The "How" of Selling

In sales training courses all over the world we teach reps the "what" of selling: telling them what they need to do at each stage of the sales process. But we often fail teaching them "how" to do those things.

This survey of over 1500 companies worldwide found that many companies are under supporting their sales teams by failing to give them access to the information and insights they need to sell effectively.

Jeff Ernst VP of Marketing at Kadient will profile how sales knowledge management solutions have evolved far beyond just managing sales collateral, to now serve as a coach or mentor for helping sales people determine the best ways to optimize their sales effectiveness.
